About Us
The Cyber Safety Project focuses on the lack of tailored, accessible support for Irish citizens to navigate the online world safely. We are dedicated to equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate the digital world.
Our mission is to provide accessible cybersecurity resources and guidance tailored to the unique needs of individuals who are becoming more familiar with technology. Through our educational resources and support, we aim to reduce vulnerability to online threats, fostering confidence in exploring the internet while safeguarding personal information.
About our mission

What we do
Cyber Safety is part of the National Challenge Fund, established under the government’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), funded by the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility. The fund is coordinated by Research Ireland.
The project combines education, research, and local support to bridge the digital divide and create a more cyber safe Ireland.
From training Cyber Safety Champions in libraries and schools, to designing interactive e-learning courses, workshops, and easy-read resources, we empower people of all ages and abilities to protect themselves and others online, to build a culture of digital safety and confidence.
